One word - blanching. Boil water. Put veggie in water and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. The color becomes vivid and it stays crunchy and just D-lish!

Broccoli
My previously picky eater...
That would be broccoli! And she ate it up! And last night she ate asparagus. And a couple nights before that it was sugar snap peas. I've found a new cooking method we are all loving and it's EASY! One word - blanching. Boil water. Put veggie in water and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. The color becomes vivid and it stays crunchy and just D-lish!
